Voodoo Co.
The Challenge
I had been hired by a spice/seasoning manufacturer to name their company and then develop a logo for that name. I then created a series of three packaging designs, which will have a systematic look and feel, by carefully using typographic choices and a cohesive color palette, and illustration style.

The type treatment for all names of spices on packaging.
Package Design
The style of the packaging pays homage to the voodoo practices with sigils called veves. A veve is a religious symbol commonly used in different branches of Vodun throughout the African diaspora such as Haitian Voudo.
Final Outcome
Three systems of packaging for three different types of spices. Hints of Hades, Sweet Tooth, and Mother Earth with their corresponding voodoo doll filled with the seasoning.
